Afraid to feel?

One of the things I’ve struggled with most during my healing and personal growth journey is staying stuck in the analytical and investigative phase. I would consume information instead of actually taking action steps or changes in life. Although it is great to know the why behind your behavior and feelings, it is, in my opinion, even more important that we make space to connect with these feelings. That’s why I’ll want to focus on exercises or embodiment that allow you to connect to your body and emotions. If you’re only interested in talking and intellectualizing, I will trigger you during our time together.
