Inner critic

Doing without thinking

Doing it just for the experience of it

Doing it WHILE HAVING FUN AND PLEASURE!

Oh, the inner critic is panicking right about now. It won't be perfect. You won't be perfect.

Well it doesn't / you don't have to be perfect.

I've come to realize and forget over and over that healing and growing are a never ending journey.

I can be mad at myself, scold myself for not having it all together. Or I can be patient with myself and allow the inevitable, the reality. To embrace instead of reject.

Inside of you exists the voice of an inner critic. The voice of a bully, a strict parent, a rude teacher, the patriarchy, the media. A judgemental voice that lashes out at you: "Why are you the way you are? Why can't you be more "x" or less "y"? You are not alright or enough".

It is not true and it is in a way a protection mechanism. It is doing more harm than good.

What if you would start to accept yourself for where you are right now. And what if accept would turn into love?

What if you could just do and be without overthinking or punishing yourself for every little thing?

I'm gonna try and I dream of creating a space where women can come together to experience that.

You are very welcome.
