You need both: rest and growth

In the work hard - play hard world we live in, you might be addicted to constant stimulation. You might be carrying people pleasing tendencies and/or you might tie your self-worth to your achievements. These behaviors can be causes for a dysregulated nervous system and as a result, rest, relaxation, play and pleasure would feel foreign to you. Or it could be the other way around. You might feel so overstimulated that you’ve protected yourself to the extent that you never leave your rest and relaxation bubble. You’ve created your safe space and you now feel that you’re stuck there. You know you won’t grow there, but you don’t know where to start to make a change. In both scenarios, I can be your facilitator for change.
